delete and reinstall java

Need help eliminating java from my windows 7 pc and installing new version. Need someone that may be able to access my pc visually and do this. I've tried several times and I keep getting errors. Here's what I do and the errors that I keep getting: I go to [login to view URL] Click "Agree and start download" I click "Save File" I right click and hit open I get a box that says "Do you want to allow the folowing programs....." and I click "yes" I get the "Welcome to Java" box I click "Install" I get this message "The software has already been installed on your computer. Would you like to reinstall it?
