Design a lid to be rotationally moulded in polyethylene (plastic), with the following characteristics:
Nominal wheel loading 330kg (AS3996:2006 Class A)
Servicability design load 6.7Kn
Ultimate limit state design load 10Kn
Non-slip top surface, incorporating a name plate for client
Underside to accommodate a foam tape so tank can be made gas-tight
Dimensions approximately 600mm x 600mm x 50mm (to be confirmed)
Designer should have experience in design and FEA for polyethylene
Attached image is of a similar product, fixed in place on an in-ground tank.

I have worked on FEA project with material nonlinear analysis.
This can be done optimized using ANSYS workbench using goal driven optimization.

I will provide complete layout, 3D model, and a short report of the FEA of load simulation. My company provides a mechanical design and analysis solution to many companies with a variety of products.
I have access to MSC Patran and NASTRAN finite element modeling and analysis software. There is an example of finite element analysis work in my profile. I do not have access to the full AS3996:2006 standard. I understand the ultimate limit design load is 10kN. I would need you to provide me any additional requirements, like a maximum allowable deflection at the limit load.
I have not designed for rotational molding products before. I understand the process is used mostly for large hollow objects. I don't entirely understand how it applies to flat objects. I would like to see a picture of the underside of the example lid. Is the lid hollow and enclosed (like the top of an ice chest) or open on bottom and webbed for strength (like the lid on a water valve box).
I expect the design will require a few iterations to ensure you are satisfied with the manufacturability. Hence I'm quoting three weeks (21 calendar days, not business days) to complete the project.
I have experience in Moulding and FEA;
I have experiance in FEA, Mould Design, and have appropriote Australian Standards.
With good communication I am sure we can produce a safe great product.
