We are looking a design for a board to provide the following:

1. Schematic & layout in Eagle

2. 9V to 28V DC input supply

3. Backup supply via super capacitors to give around 60 seconds to allow Pi to shutdown

4. 4 digital inputs

5. Serial port to RS232 level

6. 4 digital outputs, each output current limited to 500mA
