Arduino sensor project.

I need someone to design a board with sensors to give reading on a small LCD connect via a mini arduino board. the sensors are as follows: 1- Range finder calculator (up to 100 meter range) 2- Speed calculation (chronograph) speed up-to 3000 ft/s ( but not the ones that use light) 3- cant & incline calculator 4- Push button to take readings of all these measurements. The whole package must fit inside a size of not more than ( 185mm L x 45mm W x 39mm D)
