Design an AVR Based Relay Board

You need to design an AVR ATMEGA328P based board with few relays and some other components like: RTC Clock, Optocoupled inputs, etc. Its a small circuit with just few components like relays, buzzer, resistors, capacitors, diodes, oscillators, DS1307, PC817, etc. The whole circuit will be provided to you in a PDF format or some other format. You need to design it in Altium Designer or Eagle using SMD components. As the circuit is already provided, capturing it in Altium or Eagle is not the most important thing, the most important thing is the perfect layout which follows all design rules of my manufacturer.
