Create FTP server on my CentOS server

I need FTP server setup on my CentOS server. After successful implementation of the FTP server on the Linux box, I should be able to access the FTP server from my other LInux and WIN boxes. On WIN box I should just be able to enter ftp://myftpserverip to access the root of the server to read and write files. You should show me where the configuration file is so I can add new users and change the user rights. I need you to document the whole deployments process so I can follow them to create ftp server on an another server. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
