Add OMR using Adobe Output Designer IDF MDF

I have an existing set of forms where I need to add OMR. I need to add marks depending on if it is the last page or first and middle pages to a set of forms. Two hash or bold underscore marks for the first and middle pages - which would the be the start and safety marks and 2 hash marks (also bold underscore) to the last page of a print out insert and parity. the last page will have a totlat of four hash or underscore marks on the page. Adobe output esigner is the only method I know of adding these marks to the forms. The out put file will be an MDF file. I have the IDF files the changes will be made to.
