Hello, I have many years design experience in various applications. I have designed embedded analyzers, conveyor controllers, autodialers and others. I can handle high-speed communications (CameraLink, USB3, USB2, BLVDS), high-precision anlog (18bit ~ 24bit), high voltage (>1500VDC), high-power (>300W), galvanically isolated designs, IP65, harsh environments, distributed controls and others. I have a lot of experience bringing designs from the conceptual to R&D to prototype to production, including installation at customer site and A/S. I have implemented low-power, high-efficiency systems for USB applications and others with both FPGA and MCU solutions. Miniature size DC/DC converters, USB isolators and high-density designs as well, and I can provide design support and firmware for many MCU's and Xilinx FPGAs, and also GUI/programming for Windows environments. I can provide (extra cost) finished PCBs assembled and tested (for non-special requirements), panelized layouts ready for SMD assembly, and extra documentation for CE certifications and the like. Hi, I am an Electronics Engineer and works in a good firm as an designer . I have 5 years of experience in making PCB's. I have skimmed your project details and it is very easy for me to do. In my PCB designs I will provide you with the following aspects to ensure quality of the PCB. 1) Power and Ground plane. 2) Fully tested and Functional on simulators. 3) Proper Calculation of track size according to the Max load current. 4) Proper stacking up all layers so that characteristic impedance can be as low as possible. 5) Proper consideration of via types and their current handling capabilities. 6) Proper take care of design rules like component placement, crosstalk budgets, layer allocation, length matching/time of flight analysis, and so on. 7) Proper verification of the signal and power integrity, this must first ensure that the breakout and route all of the signals on high-pin-count devices. This will also affect the stack-up of the PCB. 8) Proper consideration of Signal Integrity and Power integrity such as signal rise and fall times, track lengths and characteristic impedances, and the drive strength and slew rates of the drivers and terminations.
