Project Description

The NLPWM board is a variable voltage, all in one regulator(straight PWM) board where you actually select the output voltage(RMS) instead of just the duty cycle! It sports an on board [url removed, login to view]", 3 digit, 7 segment display, on board fire/up/down switches and two N channel MOSFETs. Only 3 wires to the board!

Features and specs:

Lock/unlock

Input voltage = 2s-4s(Automatically detected)

Low voltage cutoff = LiOn + LiPo(user selectable)

Check unloaded voltage - Works like a standard voltmeter

Check loaded voltage - Keep an eye on battery sag + drop!

Output voltage selection increments = [url removed, login to view]

Output voltage min = 1v

Output voltage max = last loaded battery reading

Output voltage accuracy = 5%

Switching Frequency = 244hz

Dimensions = [url removed, login to view]

Display Color = White(Blue and Red coming soon!)

Idle drain = 380uA

Recommended load current = 60A

NOTE: The board doesn't limit current or have any over current protection, so it should be added off the board. Be very careful working with high current!

If you're driving an inductive load, make sure to add a flyback diode, as the MOSFETs can be damaged.
