I think I'm well suited for your task and can assure to deliver a perfect document since it's fairly simple too. Matching the documents will be like any other everyday proofreading task and will probably completed within half an hour. Replacing the nouns shouldn't be that hard to do neither by using word's search function and replacing every relevant word with a correspondent substitue. This will, depending on how many words there are to substitute, take around 1/2 to 1 hour. Transferring and Excel spreadsheet into Word will be mostly formatting and should be easy to do using a table. Again, depending on the size of the spreadsheet this will take between 1 and 3 hours. Naturally the docuemnt will be proofread by me, as I always to after editing a file. So all in all it will take me about 2-3 hours of work, justifying the price I set.
