Hi I am looking for a web developer who can help me develop a website. I can do all the artwork, I just need someone to do the code. I am looking for a web developer who can help me build a website in a programme such as Dream Weaver. The website needs to be able to hold a window where visitors will be able to play a video game as well as download the video game if they want to. I would also like the website to have basic features like a gallery and a music player, either built into the website or streaming directly from Soundcloud, and to hold social media links like Instagram and Soundcloud. I would like the website to work on both desktop and android devices. I would like the layout of the website to be a fixed page layout with no scrolling. The budget that I have for this project is R2000 - R5000 ZAR Cheers

I believe that you will be having videos in flv format embedded in flv player. Also you need downloadable facility for videos.
