Apply Customer jquery Module to DNN WebSite

Hello, We have a jquery module that was customer built. We would like help to add this to a DotNetNuke site. The module was built using the nivo-slider. We can view the slideshow through a html file. We also need the module to work with the container of the website. We would provide full access to the site and ftp.
