Delphi simple client-servel application

Hi, I am software developer with more than 15 years of experience in Delphi and Windows programming. I've done many client/server applications, some of which were multimedia ones (having embedded web, video, audio etc) Can you tell me will position of elements be adjustable by admin (one using Server application)? Meaning, he can choose position of scroller, in what tile should what content go? If one of tiles shows website, should it be interactive (user on client is allowed to browse).

Over the years we have developed numerous Client/Server Delphi applications for various purposes and using different Delphi libraries. Since the clients will be running on a local network we could make the server app broadcast it's current IP to the entire network so clients could automatically connect without having to manually input the server IP. Then, the server would show on its interface a list of a all clients that are connected and allow configuring them. Also, the client apps could auto start with windows and show the full screen windows immediately as last configured. Regarding the images and videos, I assume that those should be located on the client PC? Other features such as configurable number of screen parts with customizable contents and support for displaying a custom message would be no problem to implement. Hello I did several similar projects in past. Latest one was in Lazarus in 2015. I think I can archive fast results with Pictures, webpage and scrolled texts, but get slowed with video. Will be nice to know what video formats the program should support. Also I hope you have ideas about how the interface should be looking as Thanks

You must indicate what delphi version for using firstly What you are needing seems like a "ticker" app (text scroller). I have a lot of experience in that field because I developed some tickers for information, bingo, casino,.... panels in the past. I can build/give you some editor for creating the compositions, too? This editor creates description files (XML) with their details (timings, repeating time, wait times, transition effects, ...) for running in plasma engine. You put that files in a concrete folder and Ok. But i will need all specs before my commitment. Regards Price will be concreted once I will know all specs.
