DELPHI Programming Team (2-3 People) for long term contract wanted!

Hello, we are interested in a long-term collaboration with a team of 2-3 software developers with a strong Delphi background. Our requirements - strong Delphi knowledge (4+ yrs) o component development o working with 3rd party components (e.g. DevExpress) o database programming (dbExpress, dbx4) o deep knowledge of the VCL - excellent communication & good language skills (German or English) o we do a daily meeting (ca. 15 mins) on Skype o you must be reachable during business hours on Skype and ICQ o you must be able to read / write documentation You also need to have - permanent access to a broadband connection o for Skype and access to our subversion (svn) repositories What you need to know - We do agile software development and have implemented the SCRUM process in our company. As such you will be integrated in this process and may have to adapt your work habbits accordingly. - We work with the most recent release of Borland Delphi / RAD Studio (2007) This job offer is for a team of 2-3 developers for a timespan of at least two years; please only apply as a team.
