you must know "avaya ip office" and "TAPI". use the devlink functions to create a CTI screen pop on GUI. we want the client to run on 3 win XP PCs and scale upto 10 PCs. the server will be a win XP PC and the PC will be networked to the clients. the Gui will show live incomming calls cued from the avaya ip403 CCU. users can answer the calls via mouse click. if the incomming phone number is in the database then basic contact name will be shown. a notes box can be used to add notes to the call and be saved with the time date of the call....... the end result is for users to accept calls via the GUI, view related contact details if in the database and a list of any calls history with notes.
