Extract address data from OpenStreetMap

Have you extracted addresses and other info from Open Street Maps before?
We need addresses, latitude and longitude coordinates, and any other descriptive tag put into a CSV file.
Data for Kamloops, BC, Canada is required for this project. This is a trial. If it goes well, we'll require many more Canadian cities and provinces.
Format should have a separate field for each part of the address AND a field where the address is formatted properly in it's entirety. Ex. '94 - 665 McBeth Place, Kamloops, BC, CA. Note, in the ex. 94 is a unit number, 665 is the house number.
If more information from Googles Places API or City of Kamloops open data can be included, that would be a bonus. Ex. of extra info: building type, owner, URL, zoning, assessed value, school catchment, year built, any outstanding permits, etc.
To be clear, we need ALL addresses and their coordinates for the city of Kamloops to be included in this project.
