Data Conversion and file transfer .

I am very capable of performing this task. I have excellent data manipulation skills and also know how to automate interfacing to FTP servers. I also have excellent communication skills that aid in successful project completion. If you look at my profile, you will see that while I am a relatively new freelancer, I have excellent feedback and my customers are return customers. There is some additional information that would help fully determine the scope of this project: 1) How do you determine which files to download (all the files in a particular directory, etc)? 2) Do you leave the files on the remote server once they have been successfully downloaded. 3) Examples of both CSV formats 4) The post says 2-3 times a day. At what interval should the servers be checked for files? (Once an hour, once every 10 minutes, etc) Thank you for the opportunity to bid on this project.
