I have over 15 years experience with topographic, cadastral, terrain map digitizing in a large SE European survey company. Experience with Autocad MAP 3D and ESRI ArcGIS. I have studied the project description and instructions in the .pdf attached as well as the model in the example provided. My bid stands for an estimated one day work based on a reasonably extended limits / area in the example sample (up to 250% per day) and can be adapted to actual boundaries related to the project - both in terms of time and cost. I have worked for test on the example and I can send you the results on request (it seems I have no option to attach any files to this offer) .
