Hi,

I'm looking for someone to working on a data trends/statistical analysis project.

I currently receive call usage information for my customers once a day and would like to convert this data into business insights. (Sample Data Attached)

What I need is for some to review my data set, tell me what Trends/Statistics/ can be determined , then provide instructions on how these can be calculate in SQL database these outcomes which will then be programmed into our BI platform.

Trends would include things like;

Daily Trends (Excluding Weekends)

- Busiest Day

- Slowest Day

- Average Calls Per Day

- Average Call length per day

- 3 Month Averages

Hourly Trends (Business Hours Only)

- Busiest Times

- Slowest Times

- 3 Month Averages

We are very open to new ideas and fresh thinking. So please let me know if you any thoughts

This project would be for the initial analysis but would like to have this constant improved on a hourly rate
