What experience do you have that is relevant to this project? Have 22 years of experience on data processing and monitoring. Design, develop and deploy a database management system in STEP to display information about 116,247 stipend beneficiaries in the website. Considering the above, I have little bit confident to do the job. Proposal: i. Design, develop and deploy a database management system in STEP as per requirement of project management on Stipend Management (to display information about the stipend beneficiaries (116,247 students and students year 250000 (estimated) based on a preset PMT formula), Monitoring & Evaluation (based on baseline data, teacher’s information, polytechnic (93 institutes) & short course (64 institutes; participants 60000 approx.) student profile etc.) and Employment Management (based on information available from placement cells of different institutes, government agencies and similar data sources). ii. Carrying out need assessment on the development of a Web-based MIS for STEP PIU and all beneficiary Institutes, DTE. BTEB, BMET etc; writing specification of the work; working as the project interface for the consulting firm to be hired for the aforesaid development; supervising the process of Web-based MIS development & deployment; performing acceptance tests prior to final acceptance by the project etc iii. Conduct a test run of the application software and make necessary adjustment in the system to make it effective and efficient; iv. Provide support to carry out half-yearly, annual and mid-term review; v. Develop entry program for data entry, data received from LCs (Monitoring Checklist and Expenditure statement of 15000 Learning Centers (LCs);

What experience do you have that is relevant to this project? I am an expert in data analysis. I have specialized in statistical analysis of data. I can program in R and python. I am very thorough and I pay close attention to the details. Proposal: I can do the analysis. Deliver the code properly commented, the plots and the resulting files.
