Create charts from Excel data

We have survey responses from 600 business people on the topic of cloud computing. We need to produce charts from the data - there will likely be about 100 charts. Some data manipulation will be required, e.g. to produce weighted averages first. This project requires fluency in excel and excel charts, including formatting them (we will likely use the clients theme extracted from one of their PowerPoint decks). I would guess it's around 30 hours work but since it's hard to estimate, happy to pay by the hour for a qualified candidate.
