I would like a publicly available database copied and placed into an excel CSV file. The website lists most of the information in list format, but you have to click on the person's name to get the rest of the information. The link location is: [login to view URL] I would like the following fields placed in the excel file: Name Business Name Town/City Suburb Email address Phone Number Address Information License Class Current Status Sometimes the above information is not listed, so leaving a blank space will be fine. A small sample of the completed database will have to be supplied before payment is made. Thank you
