Bookies information

Hello Freelancers, I require as complete list as possible of all bookies around the world, initially starting with those within the UK. For each of these bookies I require 9 fields of information gathered. These include: - Main country of bookie - Bookie Name - The URL of their website - The primary currency they work with - What welcome bonus offer they have available - Bonus offer valid till date - Type of bonus SR (Stake Return), SNR (Stake Not Returned), RB (Refund Bet), or if something else then write that down - Details of the bonus, These need to include - Bonus % of deposit, Wager requirements (3 times over), Odds 2.0 min - If they have a Refer a Friend option An example might be: Uk/Euro - Coral - [login to view URL] - £ - £20 - 01.01.12 - SNR - Bonus 100%, Wager 4x deposit, Odds 1.5+ - Yes All of these need to be put into a spreadsheet.
