Bento/Filemaker Database design

I need a Bento/Filemaker database that will hold and link data on Birds, the data is supplied in ten .csv files. Basically each bird has direct information such as name, latin name, family name, etc.. Also there are other things assigned to the Bird such as colour, but each colour has a code and it is the code that is part of the data used Example 1-Black, 2-Red etc... Once the data is imported and linked, I need to be able to add more bird and relevant data and be able to export in SQLite format. I can provide .csv and example SQLite database which will tell more, as from this you can see what data is exported and also have a nice human interface for data entry. Would need this as soon as possible.
