We are a subcontractor in the demolition trade. We use a software module called On-Screen Takeoff made by On Center Software to do our initial "takeoffs" or An estimate of all the materials needed to complete a job; from there we want to be able to export the raw data (CSV) of that take off, which contains the description i.e. stucco, t-bar, carpet and the quantity i.e. square footage, linear footage, inches etc. and have it auto populate into the attached excel bid sheet we use to do our final cost analysis. In addition we want to tweak the current bid sheet to convert trash loads into crushing onsite if needed. Thank you.

Here's my outline.
Firstly we'll need to discuss the requirements to get clarifications (Skype)
1) Require an example copy of the CSV export file from On Center.
2) Create input sheet in excel
3) Dump CSV export into input sheet
4) Transform or clean CSV if required
5) Create references using index(match) or lookups
6) Modify Demo and Abatement sheets to reference input sheet.
