Project Description

Seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team of Administrative Assistant, Data Entry & All Office Assistant. Punctuality, reliability, and organizational skills are a must, as is attention to detail. Candidates should be able to multi-task, be self-motivated, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is a definite plus, as is prior clerical experience.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Answering phones

-Customer service

-Data entry

-Document Filing

-Other common office tasks

Additional responsibilities include: making travel arrangements, making appointments, general clerical duties and errands.
