Punctuality, reliability, and organizational skills are a must, as is attention to detail. Candidates should be able to multi-task, be self-motivated, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is a definite plus, as is prior clerical experience.
