first I can put my customer details , products name (which i can select) , status(which i can select) , commission, fix products, location, date (which i can select),
I want to see the graph of weekly , monthly , year ,( if I chose the location I must able to see how many I had sales for that area , also weekly sales , monthly , year , )

Hello! I have worked creating spreadsheets for sales people before. I have created sales summaries for each sales person in the company, a report showing their open accounts, and monthly sales summaries for executives.
This project sounds like it will take at least 3 hours so I'm bidding $60AUD. If you could send me an example of what you want that would help me make a more accurate bid. I'm a programmer by trade with 30 years experience programming so details matter.
Where am I getting the data from to put into the spreadsheet? Is the data in Excel on one tab, then you want it organized in different ways on different tabs?

I am new to freelancer. Your project does not seem to be very complicated. I do a lot of similar things all the time (I work in the casino and excel is my baby, and there is loads of numbers to analyze), so I can get it done fairly quickly.
