Hi ! I assume you don't know how freelancer.com works but i will tell you. Once you award the project to someone else, you (as employer) are able to contact a freelancer who bid on your project but the freelancer (the employee) is not able to respond. This is a constraint imposed by freelancer.com because many freelancers can spam the employee's inbox although the job was awarded to a different person and even might have been completed. So, if you want to discuss, you should bid on this project posted by me. Before this, you should set as skill data entry as the project requires data entry skills. Thanks you.
