Design an Inventory Item List Document

We require an Inventory List to be developed with barcodes & photos of individual items.
There is approx. 170 items that need to go on the document with a barcode & photo of the item to be adjacent to the description.
We have previously used free barcodes from Free Barcode Generator.
This document is to be used daily by staff to scan & enter the Inventory List items as they use them so the list layout needs to be as compact & well designed as possible to maintain simplicity in categories to match the attached document below.
We can provide item descriptions, & a link to the item photos but you will need to obtain the Barcodes (Code 128 - Standard) to be used.
The list will need to be able to be printed, compatible on Apple computers & can be edited/added to in the future by us.
Please quote "YOUR MATERIALS INVENTORY LIST" when submitting your proposal.
Will be a simple project for the right person.
We will require it be completed within a week of awarding the project.
