Database data entry updates

We are looking for someone capable of accurately transferring information in a database from one large field into several smaller fields. That is, the contractor will receive access to a database that has a PDF file of the journal document and a text version of the same document. From the text version of the document (a large field), the Contractor is to extract the name, author, title and contents of each article found in that document and add them to separate fields of the same database. Since the text version is not very clear, the Contractor can refer to the PDF file to see how the article flow takes place in the final version of the journal or can copy them directly from the PDF file. Instructions will be given in clear detail within the database. What is important is that the information be transferred with great care to make sure the articles are properly separated. Understanding English well is very important. Preference will be given to Contractors who can articulate knowledge and respect of the Catholic church, as these documents are Catholic in nature.
