The following are data entry categories: - Medicine Title - Manufacturer (Predifined) - Worldwide availability (Predefined) - Category (Predefined) - Subcategory (Predefined) - Symptoms – indications (Predefined) - Contraidications (Predefined) - Active Components (Predefined) - Type of use (Predefined) - Safety – pregnancy use tips (Copy from Word) - Use restrictions (Copy from Word) - Warnings (Copy from Word) - Prescription (Predefined) - Medicines official data sheet (file upload) All details are available in Word and Excel tables so data entry for this project is done through CMS submissions. Please also submit your offer for additional hours of work.
