Data Mining, Compilation and Refining Contact Lists

Hi- We are seeking a resourceful and skilled person to build out and refine an extensive contacts list. Contact data would include; Name, Company Name, Position/Title, Email Address. The challenge is to create the email address in the correct format for that specific company. We will provide the company names. You would then research the executive names (by whatever source you use, and there may be many online to compile data), find the company website to know their domain, search for the company's email format (example: [login to view URL]@companyname..., or [login to view URL]@companyname.... etc., etc.) to determine the correct email format. Then apply the names to that format to create the contact data for lists. In parallel to that, I will be providing an extensive contact list that is old, but needs updating. This may include testing to see which email addresses are undeliverable or bounce back. Or updating/applying the correct executive names to the company email addresses. Total resulting contact list may be 5-9,000 contacts. I would like this done in phases, so that I may test quality of data being compiled. I pay quickly, and bonus for being done ahead of schedule. I will not accept bids over $300.
