Data Entry - Cut and Paste from Website

I would like an excel database created of all the family physicians in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. All the data can be found on the website: [login to view URL] There is approximately 1200 listed. The data would have to be mined out of the search function ([login to view URL]) perhaps by selecting Vancouver as the city and using each letter in the "begins with" function under physician's last name. The list in excel would be used for a mail merge and would contain the following fields: First name Last name Street Address City Province Postal Code Phone number (7 digit) Year of Graduation (from Degree field) Practising in BC - Y or N I will be verifying accuracy of the completed project.
