Coupon sites submit service

we have some coupons that need to be submitted to free coupon sites. Just like directory submissions, this will be coupon sites/directories. I need somebody that's already doing this line of work. All links of the coupon code should be listed in a spread sheet so I can proof them. we will provide the code and the site description for the winner. Full details of each site submission are required. Winner must provide some kind of document detailing the URL. Payment will be released once project is completed and verified. At that point, I will transfer 100% of the agreed price to the selected bidder.
