Build Music Publishing Royalties Excel Spreadsheets

We are a small music company which composes and produces music for television and film. Royalties from public performance (i.e. being broadcast) from all over the world are paid out quarterly from "PRS for Music" who provide us with PDF and .CSV files for each quarterly period. Each piece of music (called a 'work') will typically belong to an individual album and will be signed to a specific publisher, as we have relationships with a handful of different publishers. However on these statements, the works are just listed alphabetically. We have these royalty statements going back to 2005. We currently have no way of analysing what each work has generated, in total, or per year. We have been working towards finding a way of tracking this data, so we can more accurately summarise the success of individual works, albums and publishers. I have only a basic level of expertise in Excel and so am seeking someone who can help design the spreadsheet, enter the data, either manually or using a macro/formula from the .csv files. It is not a particularly large about of data, in that there are only a few hundred works in the catalogue, and we only need to bring in the total amount each work has generated per quarter into our master spreadsheet. Once we are happy with the layout and system for the very first statement, we can work towards entering the data for the subsequent periods up to the current day. This task could be performed by someone else as it requires well skill, or could be done by the same person. Moving forward into the future we would need to add each quarterly statement as it arrives. Please get in touch if you think you can help. No knowledge of music publishing is really required, this is essentially a basic accountancy/number crunching task and could be handled by anyone with a good grasp of Excel and basic maths. I have attached the PDF and the CSV for the most recent statement. Previous statements from earlier years generally have less works i.e. less lines and volume of data. Please note that whilst applicants from all geographical areas will be considered, I am only interested in applicants who speak excellent English.
