Which information you want to enter into database? please provide the details if you have sample data files then provide it. 2- administrator: has a dashboard to monitor the transactions activities , also can issue reports etc. =>Ok, How many reports you want to generate? please provide the details of those reports. 3. operator interface must be GUI friendly for the ease of use . =>Ok, we will provide simple GUI, so its easier for end users. 4. administrator has the ability to manage also the database ( Read write & edit) =>Ok, we will provide login feature and as per logged-in user we will allow to access the various parts of the database or read/add/edit permissions. I would like to implement this in PHP/Mysql as I have over 7 years experience creating database driven applications. I will implement permissions so that the operator is limited to data entry while the administrator has access to monitor all activities. I will also include reports to show statistics of transactions and other activities.
