I need someone to extract the tax rates from two tables posted on Wikipedia page. For each country (around 100) separate XML file has to be created and tax rates should be entered there.
URL with Table 1 is the following:

URL with Table 2 is the following:

Please read the detailed description.
## Deliverables
Table 1 is here:

Table 2 is here:

* For each country you need to create an XML file (so it will be around 100 files). XML file has to have the name in the following form:
> strings_rates_(country).xml
>
> Examples:
>
> strings_rates_**austria**.xml
> strings_rates_**czech_republic**.xml
> strings_rates_**italy**.xml
> ...
>
>
* Each XML file has to have **all** tax rates mentioned for the particular country entered. Tax rates should be entered in **descending** order. Following are the examples how XML files should look like:
> For [login to view URL]:
>
>
> <resources>
> <string-array name="rates_array_**austria**">
> **
20%

>
12%

>
10%
**
> </string-array>
> </resources>

> </string-array>

* After you are done, add all files in single ZIP archive.
Ask if something's unclear.
Update 1:
* Please note that
element has to contain only number and percentage (e.g. "23%" or "0%"). No other strings allowed!
* XML structure is fixed and it will not be modified. No extra tags XML will be added.
* I am not asking for a parsing script, I am asking only for an output (XML files). You can do this manually if you want. However it might be a plus if you provide working script. Pay special attention since not all fields have the data in the same form.
