Do some Excel Work

Let me tell you first what I need this excel project for: I work as safety supervisor in an oil and gas company. In our base, we have many operations going on so we have few Walk Around Inspections during every month. The purpose for these walk around is to observe anything that is unsafe and that needs corrective action. These observations we make reports on, and we email them to all responsible departments so they take action towards the unsafe conditions which we observed in the walk around. What I need is: One spread sheet that include the following:- -Date -Area of Walk Around -Type of observation -Description of the observation -Responsible Department -Target Closure Date -Status of Observation (Closed/Open) -Picture of the observation (if available) The above will be the headers of the columns. Then I want a second separate spread sheet that is linked to the first one. I want it this sheet for statistics purposes(Graphs). I want it to project the following: A graph for: 1- Total number of Observations 2- Total number of OPEN observations 3- Total number of CLOSED observations A graph for: 1- Total number for each type of observations. A graph for: 1- Number of OPEN observations per department 2- Number of CLOSED observations per department -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Regarding the column titles, I want the option for insertions to be the following: FOR THE "DATE PART: I want a calender to pop up once I click with the cursor in that column. FOR " TYPE OF OBSERVATION": I want a drop down options to be chosen from that are: 1- Housekeeping 2- Improperly Maintained Equipment 3- Electrical Hazard 4- Non-Certified Sling 5- Soil Contamination 6- Chemical Spill 7- Poor Hazard Communication 8- Damaged Equipment 9- Slip, Trip, and Fall 10- Not labeled Chemical 11- No Choke-Block 12- Improper Food Handling 13- Sanitation 14- Expired Fire Extinguisher 15- Missing Inspection Tag 16- Missing RED/GREEN Tag 17- No Color Code 18- Hot Work 19- Abused PPE 20- Emergency Door 21- Fire Hazard 21- Other FOR " RESPONSIBLE DEPARTMENT" PART: I want a drop down options with the following: 1- Coiled Tubing 2- Stimulation, Filtration 3- Cementing 4- Auxiliary 5- Admin 6- Wire-line 7- Well-Testing 8- Kitchen 9- Facilities Maintenance 10- QHSE 11- Camp-boss 12- Chemical Warehouse FOR " TARGET CLOSURE DATE": I want a calender to pop up for date selection. I want a color code to turn YELLOW one week before the target date. and RED once the target date has been reached. FOR "STATUS OF OBSERVATION" PART: I want a drop down: 1- OPEN 2- CLOSED
