Do some Excel Work

I own a graphic design business and am needing some assistance with creating an excel spreadsheet that I can use for keeping up with orders and different account aspects. I have attached an excel file that is very basic that will hopefully give somewhat of an idea of the categories that are needed as well as some notes that explain more in depth how I envision the spreadsheet functioning. I am not very proficient with excel so I need someone who is patient and can bare with me through the process until we get what we are needing. Would also like the spreadsheet to be formatted in a way that it is easy to use and looks good. Would like to include our logo on the spreadsheet as well. We use quickbooks for accounting purposes but need a way to track every order and all of its moving parts so we can easily reference the breakdown of the total invoice for the order. For instance, what amount of money was spent on printing, what amount was spent on shipping, envelopes, etc and then what the leftover profit is and also need to incorporate tax bracket too.
