1. Download all BIR Forms in this website - [login to view URL] (look for BIR Forms link on the left side) 2. Edit the excel files by observing the following formats: - the box objects should be turned into box cell - box cell should be merged, bold font, font number 10 (please find attached 2551M file vs. 2550M JABCO file and see the box cell difference) - ensure the appropriate thickness of the border - save the file as "Number of the form" e.g., 2550M and add the word JABCO V.1 (please find attached files as sample of correct file name) 3. Send the files to clientservices at [login to view URL] 4. For assurance that we will pay, we can meet if you are here in the Philippines or contact me at aforementioned email. 5. For our assurance of your quality work, please send your one file to us and we will provide review notes. Once you complete one file, I will send 10% of the agreed billing. Then let's agree from there onwards for the remaining files.
