An Canadian company seeks to outsource its receptionist/appointment setting role to a warm and friendly virtual assistant. The role involves supporting my team with making and receiving calls, scheduling interviews or responding to emails. Must have an excellent telephone manner Must have good written and spoken English Experience within customer services, recruitment or sales sector preferred Strong broadband connection is required Skype interview will need to be conducted Training and set up will be provided MUST be in Canada Payment per hour. Flexible hours depends on your availability. Potential working hours are from Monday to Saturday 9am-6pm.

When you call for tech service from rogers, what aggrivates you the most ? Is it being transferred overseas ? Probably. But what aggrivates you the most is talking to someone who does not seem to care about the situation you are facing. In today's modern business, the first voice you hear when you call to give your business or when you need help dictates what kind of experience you will be having with the company. I have taken great pride with my past work experiences in ensuring that customer get the answer they are expecting because we all know that when a customer is disappointed 10 of his/her friends will be aware of this situation. I knkow this is probably not the proposal that you were expecting, but I believe that a person's motivation and philosphy give a better picture of what kind of employee they are rather than a long list of achievements and skills acquired during work years, but I guess that I do have to stay somewhat professional so here is a list of the companies I have worked at as a customer service rep.; U-Haul international Hilton Transportation Canada Inc.
