Our vendor does not have its product data in a spreadsheet and we need someone to copy the product data and images from their website into an excel sheet and email it to us.

The website is [login to view URL]

Step#1 - Go to the above website

Step#2 - Search for the item part number found under column A in the attached spreadsheet (remove the hyphen before searching for the p/n on the website)

Step#3 - Copy and paste the data into the spread sheet for that item on the same row as the p/n under columns I through Q

Step#4 - For the website_description please use simple html tags as shown in cell K2. The description, when rendered in html, needs to look as it appears on the wood expressions website. With the bullets, bolds, spacing and everything else.

Step#5 - Make sure that the category path is exactly the same as it appears on the woodexpressions website

Step#6 - Copying images - For every item please copy all available images on that item page. Each image file name should start with "WDX-" followed by the item# as it appears on the woodexpressions website. If there is more than one image the 2nd image file name will end with "_1". The third image will end with the "_3". Please see example in the spreadsheet in cells M2 & N2. For example, for item 11635 (website p/n) the 1st image p/n will be WDX-011635, the 2nd image p/n will be WDX-011635_1, the 3rd image p/n will be WDX-011635_2 and so on.

All images need to be saved in their largest resolution. After the finish of the project need to be zipped and emailed to us along with the spreadsheet.

We need this project completed within 2days. All the data needs to be exactly formatted as it appears on the spreadsheet. Please post p/m if you have any questions.

Thanks

Notes:
***Disregard any item that is marked discountinued on the spreadsheet
***We need all the item on the woodexpressions website to be on the spreadsheet. If an item is on the website but not on the spreadsheet, we need you to add the detail to spreadsheet at the end and save the images.
