I need a complete website built. The heart of which will be an image manipulation program that will allow users to upload their own logos and pictures to the site, and design their own custom poker chips. The site must be able to export the final product (preferably in a multi-layered Adobe Photoshop format) to a separate page where I can have the chips printed from.
My main concern is the image manipulation, but this will be a complete project including logo design and a method of taking payment. The site will also have to be able to track individual orders, etc.
Please look at [url removed, login to view] as an example of what I want to do---but think that idea with custom poker chips. I REALLY LOVE how they were able to do this in Flash. If you are a Flash expert, I need you :-) IF YOU CANNOT REPLICATE THIS EXACTLY, PLEASE DO NOT BID!!!!

I have hired this project out TWICE before overseas, and received mediocre results. This project cannot and will not be mediocre. Please only bid on this project if you are capable of completing the FLASH/JAVA portion of it IN HOUSE.
In light of my recent experience with outsourcing this project, 50% of the agreed amount will be paid ONLY upon completion of a working demo of the image manipulation program. the other 50% will be delivered after the rest of the site is completed (which will probably be a great deal of work). The winning bidder will also have the option of keeping the site up on a month to month basis for additional payment.
