I have been a customer service agent for about 8 years. I am trained in the British, American and Austrian Accents so a Native American’s accent is easy. Besides, I have experience in various processes both technical and non-technical. In terms of technical experience, it is Tier 3 ATT ConnecTech support. This is a level of support nobody in technical backgrounds provides these days. Besides that, notably I have also worked with sales processes. In both of these ATT processes, I have been a process trainer and a voice and accent trainer. Based on our understanding of the requirements provided in the Post. Apeiron is pleased to offer the following proposal: Proposed Services Call Center and Chat Support Solutions Apeiron will initially provide one (1) or as per requirement offshore dedicated FTE to perform services covering the hours of 8 Hours of Shift. (5) Days a week. This agent will be fully qualified to perform the services required and as specified for inbound phone/Chat agent. The call center agents recruited to perform the inbound phone/Chat agent services for you will be college educated and possess skill sets best matched to requirements. Payment terms: First month’s payment is due at signing of contract. Subsequent months shall be billed in advance on the first day of the month that the services are to be provided with payment due on the 10th. Pricing 1 FTEs: $/ 1125 USD per/Month Note: Increase in FTE’s would affect the rate, bringing it to lower side.
