Customer Services - Insurance Associate

Requirements - Communication skills - decent written and oral communication skills Relevant work experience - minimum 1 year Generic responsibilities - *To provide customer service to both internal and external customers *Ensure own work is completed to a high level of accuracy within service level agreements, to achieve regulatory targets *Act as a good team player, supporting colleagues, sharing information and offering assistance when required *Understand the different areas of operations within PPMS and propagate Pru values *Act as a facilitator in cross training and also get cross trained in other product and transaction types, once such opportunities are presented *Provide guidance and training to other members of staff, as appropriate, to improve quality results and experience levels *Maintain and implement personal development plan in partnership with immediate manager *Identify, facilitate and implement process improvement ideas to improve efficiency. *Keep own knowledge up to date in relation to servicing/processing /compliance activities. Education: Any Graduate Knowledge and Skills- *Ability to grasp processes and understanding the implications of changes in processes *Good written and oral communication skills with neutralised English language skills *Customer Service attitude *Eye for detail Shift timings - 12.15 pm - 9.15 pm / 1.15 pm - 10.15 pm 5 day working – weekend off We provide central pick up and drop facilities / home drops for shifts ending 9 pm onwards (travel boundaries) Walk in interviews details - On all weekdays between 11 am - 4 pm IST.
