I am a recruiter for top fortune 500 companies and am looking to fill jobs immediately. The position I am looking to fill is for customer service call center agents; working from home. Yes, that's right! Working from home. This is a very serious job call and I am currently screening candidates. Please read below for job description: Tasks: • Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints. • Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems. • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken. • Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records, or issue service discontinuance orders, using computers. Skills: • Active Listening — Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times. • Speaking — Talking to others to convey information effectively. • Service Orientation — Actively looking for ways to help people. • Reading Comprehension — Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents. • Critical Thinking — Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. • Persuasion — Persuading others to change their minds or behavior. • Active Learning — Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making. • Monitoring — Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action. • Social Perceptiveness — Being aware of others' reactions and understanding why they react as they do. • Time Management — Managing one's own time and the time of others. I have been a customer service agent for about 8 years. I am trained in the British, American and Austrian Accents so a Native American’s accent is easy. Besides, I have experience in various processes both technical and non-technical. In terms of technical experience, it is Tier 3 ATT ConnecTech support. This is a level of support nobody in technical backgrounds provides these days. Besides that, notably I have also worked with sales processes. In both of these ATT processes, I have been a process trainer and a voice and accent trainer. With the best agent and trainer awards, I have also gone through two different training certification programs, which means I'm the best at what I do - Customer Service!!

I worked for about 21/2 years as a call centre agent for a premiere meal delivery service in London. Withing 6 months I was promoted to being a supervisor. The role involved taking meal orders via telephone, processing orders placed on the company's website, handling customer queries or complaints, and liaising with restaurants to ensure that meals were delivered on time. I was also responsible for ensuring that restaurants received every order and prepared meals to the customer's exact requirements. The role also involved updating customer and restaurant information on the company's system. As a supervisor I had to ensure that all staff did their job in accordance with the company's policies. During shift changeovers, I had to ensure that information from the previous shift was accurately passed to to staff on the new shift so that they were fully informed of any issues which may affect their shift so that they could plan ahead to deal with them. I recently worked as a supervisor at contact centre for an international bank. This also involved ensuring that staff performed their roles in accordance with the company's policies. I had to assign work to staff, and act as quality control to ensure the staff communicated with the bank's customer's properly, and transposed the information received accurately on to the bank's system so that the bank could determine how well they were serving their customers and assess the areas they needed to improve.
