I have noticed the Customer Service job advert and I would like to apply for this position.
I have experience working as a virtual assistant doing cash/ credit or advance payment sales, phone, chat or email customer service, handling written and phone communication as well as different specific tasks such as: data analysis, data entry, phone & web research, follow-up emails, invoicing, accounting, phone recruiting, order processing, flights booking, writing SEO articles, organizing records, scheduling meetings, preparing reports and correspondence, Excel files, etc.
Among other tasks, I was in charge of recruiting my own team, coaching and coordinating it.
I have previously worked as a virtual assistant for several companies USA based.
I would like to add that before working as a virtual assistant, I have worked in tourism and in banking fields doing constantly customer service and sales with a lot of pleasure. I also liked to achieve target sales I had whenever it was requested.
I am willing to start as soon as possible and I would be very glad to have the chance to cooperate with you and to provide you all my support for all the ongoing projects.
