I am a professional who supports my customers in the following areas:
New Sales of Home & Office Furnishings
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
This is a long term permanent job with growth potential. You will be working directly with me and potential customers. I am looking for an individual to answer incoming phone calls which can be possibly new customers that have questions regarding a products or customers asking questions about there current orders. Also responding to emails. And be logged into our Live Chat Software or answer online questions. We currently have stable traffic, but it will be increasing over the next several months.
TIME:
Working Days Range: Mon to Sun
Working Hours Range: 9am - 9pm USA Central Standard Time
IMPORTANT: You must always be available online and ready "Working Days & Hours Range". This is because customer will contact you any time via Telephone, Email or Live Chat when they have a question requires your immediate attention.
MONTHLY SALARY:
Our budget is $200 per Month
1) You must be excellent in English, friendly, polite and patient with absolutely great customer service.
2) You must have passion in encouraging customers to make an order (good marketing skills is an advantage).
4) Customer support experience is necessary
5) You must attend to all inquiries in a timely manner.
