Cryptography Job by smirnova628

I am currently using the program Sniperspy to monitor my work computers. I send the program remotely, through an email attachment, to my employees who are using my computers. This is a completely legal program. Unfortunately, the program gets stopped by antivirus. I need someone to crypt the file so it won't be stopped by antivirus when my employees try to run it. I've used a crypter before and it work to bypass the antivirus, however it caused the program to not work properly, so I would like someone who has experience doing this. If this is something you can do, please let me know how long this would take you to do and how much you'd charge. Thank you for your time.
