Creation of excel spreadsheets from a PDF research document

Hello I want to create some excel spreadsheets using data included mainly in the 2008 and 2009 OECD Education at a Glance report. I do have all the reports needed but they are in a PDF format. I tried using adobe professional to copy and paste the tables into excel spreadsheets but sometimes the formating does not work and I had no time to work on this more. The tables I am talking about are maximum 30 (which means 30 excel tabs). I would like the person who gets this assignment to use the very basic excel functions average to calculate the average of each table for the OECD and the EU19 countries. The project is really easy. Please be as specific as possible and reply back with a specific bid and time required for this task. ## Deliverables At the end and after all the tables are constructed the person who performs the task should created bar graphs of Greece vs the avg of OECD, EU19 and all EU countries that make the EU19.
